CALL DISPATCH →
THE PROCESS

Four steps between your call and delivery.

No warehouse, no handoffs, no tracking numbers that go quiet. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you call to the moment your shipment is delivered.

01

You call it in

Tell us what needs to move, where it's going, and how fast. Most requests get a quote within minutes, day or night. If it's hazardous-free hardware, documents, or a small component, we can usually confirm dispatch on the same call.

  • Have the part description, weight, and dimensions ready if possible
  • Tell us the destination airport or address
  • Let us know how urgent the window is
02

Courier dispatched

Once confirmed, a courier is assigned and starts moving toward pickup immediately, while the next available flight is booked. Because we're based in Miami, that first leg, getting from confirmation to the airport, is minutes, not hours.

03

Wheels up

Your shipment travels as the courier's carry-on or checked bag, never tendered as freight, never out of the courier's possession. That's the core of what "on-board courier" means: a person, not a package, is responsible for it the entire way.

04

Delivered, in person

The courier hands the shipment directly to your team at the destination, whether that's a hangar, a receiving dock, or an MRO's parts counter, with confirmation sent the moment it's in your hands.

GOOD TO KNOW

What speeds things up on your end

Have this ready
Part details & destination

Description, approximate size/weight, and exact drop-off location. The faster we have this, the faster we can quote.

Know your window
How urgent is it, really?

Same-day, next-flight-out, or a specific deadline all get handled differently, telling us up front avoids delays.

Battery or hazmat?
Flag it early

Parts with lithium batteries or other regulated materials may need different handling, mention this when you call.
